You know, when I think back to my childhood, there’s one memory that always stands out:

The way my grandma used to prepare Edible Bird’s Nest soup. She’d spend hours delicately selecting each strand from the precious cup nest, pouring her love and care into every step of the process.

And now, as a parent myself, I find myself following in her footsteps, using that same meticulous method to create the Edible Bird’s Nest soup for my son (he calls it “jelly drink” 😂).

As I grew older, those memories became even more precious to me. They weren’t just about the taste of a delicacy; they were about the moments we shared, the stories we told, and the love that filled our hearts.
